FAQ
Do we need AI expertise already?
Not necessarily. We welcome MSPs who understand AI is the future but haven't built it yet. The Guild is designed to help you build that expertise. However, you do need to be willing to learn and implement.
Are we too small to join?
Size isn't the main factor. What matters most is your mindset and your willingness to build intelligence-driven services. If you're 10-50 employees and growing, you might fit. If you're under 10, the Guild might not be the right fit yet.
How much time is required?
1 hour peer groups. An hour a week per msp employee.
What's the investment?
Details are in our member handbook, but we focus on ROI over pricing. If you're serious about building intelligence services and can demonstrate readiness, we'll discuss terms that make sense for your business.
What happens after we apply?
We review applications on a rolling basis. If we see a fit, we'll schedule a strategy call to discuss your specific situation and whether the Guild is right for you. No pressure, just a conversation.
